As a result of determined investigative police work and Stockton Crime Stoppers information, on February 20, 2022, Stockton Police detectives were able to arrest Ronnie Hamilton, 44, in connection to the February 1, 2022 shooting death of a 52-year-old man which occurred in the area of Poplar Street and Hunter Street.
Hamilton was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on murder charges.
